And strategy is never a fixed point; it has to adapt and respond at the speed of the business. My experience enables me to quickly see the bigger picture, modernize and integrate disparate tactics, and empower positive organizational change.


Example:At Apptix, I responded to increasing competitive pressure from Google and Microsoft by rapidly pivoting our market positioning and leading product diversification, empowering sales and partner teams with revenue growth opportunities.

Brand Development


Brand is about more than just your company. An effective brand must reflect the needs of the customer and provide an emotional connection that makes them feel they are in the right place to meet their objectives.


Example:At Mobile 365, the brand I built spoke powerfully to carriers and content partners, creating a confluence that dramatically accelerated our company value—and made our acquisition the third largest in 2006.

Demand Gen & Account-Based Marketing


All demand generation should be focused on specific targets. Even in the absence of a formal ABM program, you should come from a place of ABM thinking. A well-targeted demand gen program speaks to the needs and pains of individual people—and shines a light on the value they'll get from your solutions.

Team Building & Leadership


It takes a lot of different talents to orchestrate and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy. Part of my role as a leader is to empower my team with the right resources and tools to enable success—and ensure that they are elevated and respected in the work that they do.

Mergers & Acquisitions


I've been fortunate to help put several brands in a position to be acquired. My responsibility with brands going through those transitions is to ensure the details are handled well, that brand equity is maintained through the transfer, and that people are shepherd through that time of change.


Example:During the transition of InfinityQS to Advantive, I was singled out to restructure marketing and digital strategies, rebuild MarTech systems, and ensure a solid foundation for the construction of a new global marketing organization—from scratch.
